Denis brings recognised expertise in the structuring of both private and business assets. He operates at the crossroads of private client and corporate tax matters.

He advises companies and executives, both in advisory and litigation contexts, across the full spectrum of tax issues—from wealth structuring to strategic growth and corporate reorganisations.

Denis has developed strong capabilities in transactional tax (M&A, audits, structuring, SPA negotiations) and real estate tax (dedicated asset-holding vehicles, SCI, SIIC, OPCI, SCPI) in both domestic and cross-border contexts. His in-depth knowledge of market practice ensures practical and effective support for group structures and their leadership.

A member of the IACF, Denis contributes to key working groups within leading real estate and financial associations.
